The first person you will meet in the lobby most days is Hotak, our concierge and security. Hotak has been here since the beginning and knows all there is about Village Terraces. We could write a book about this fine gentleman but space is limited. Come and meet him.
Hi, my name is Don Cameron. I'm the Property Manager of Village Terraces. I've been here for two years and it has been a busy time. Our site office is open Monday and Wednesday although we are here when needed.
       

You have met me or will at some point. I'm Christina Percasso and assist Don Cameron in the office when he can't be there.
I'm Conrado Guererro, your Resident Manager and look after the building and the equipment. If you have any concerns I can be reached by Security or leave a note in the Residents Binder at the desk.

Meli is part of the team looking after the building. She has been with us since almost the beginning. Her daughter Semi is part of the cleaning team but is on leave this year. The facilities shown are looked after by Meli.

Follow this corridor to the elevators on the ground floor. Each floor has ten homes except the gound floor which provides space for the exercise room and the recycle room.

Oh, small dogs are permitted here and there are many varieties living here.

We have two exercise rooms, one in each tower for everyone. Each has different equipment and one has a sauna.
Do you want to play billiards or ping pong. Tables are ready for you. The room is in 1150 available for all.
 
Do you have a hobby or want to work on something like furniture or a project. The hobby room in 1140 has plenty of space including storage lockers while you are working.

We have two secure bike rooms. They get filled up quickly but people seem to find space. An outside bicycle rack is available for short term lockup as well.

 
 
A volunteer library is growing in the party room. Residents are free to borrow books and donate books.
This party room is available to residents when they want to have a special event like a birthday or other occasions. A full kitchen is part of the room.
   
This is the Meeting Room. It is available for meetings and events just like the party Room. It has a bar and kitchen but is more utilitarian. There is plenty of room for many guests.
There is a full kitchen in the Party Room and the Meeting Room for events. Dishes and utensils are not provided but everything else you need is available to serve your friends and guests.
